When you sign up to receive the free PDF or subscribe to email communications, we collect your email address and the date and time of your subscription. This is the only personal data we collect.

We do not collect your name unless you provide it voluntarily. We do not collect payment information, phone numbers, or any other personal data through this website.

Why we collect it

Your email address is collected solely to:

• Deliver the free PDF you requested (this is the contract you enter when you submit the form)
• If you tick the newsletter consent box, send you the monthly Performance Thoughts newsletter

We do not send marketing emails without your separate active consent. The legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent, given when you submit the sign-up form.

How your data is stored

Email addresses are stored on our own WordPress website, hosted in the United Kingdom by Bluehost. Emails are sent using MailPoet, a WordPress plugin that processes data directly on our server — your data is not transferred to a third-party email service.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third party.

How long we keep your data

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your data is removed from our active mailing list. You can request permanent deletion at any time by contacting us.
